Diet

Does anybody know how I can get rid of my big belly:( It's been haunting me forever and i don't know what to do. It's sad but I've tried swiss ball's, puranol, body pods and god knows what else but I still look like a fat munter.

Really greiving me out. Please don't post here if you are in my predicament as I want to meet those that have successfully slimmed down, not those who are still grimly overweight.
